Weight management is easy. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise. If you feel that your weight has been static/unchanging and you are unhappy, most likely it's your diet to blame. Adding multiple components to your daily diet cannot only help you lose weight, but it will lengthen your lifespan. Components like more fiber, fruits & vegetables, water intake, and most importantly, the protein/carb/fat ratio of your meals are the first steps to weight management. Once you can firmly grasp these concepts, daily physical exercise, organics and Non-GMOs must be introduced to metabolize and rid the system of harmful chemicals that further prevent you from shedding even more unwanted weight. Your body has its own comfortable weight. Not everyone is supposed to be skinny or even have abs. Your body stores fat in different areas because of many reasons, most importantly, your genetics.
