Being vegan or vegetarian is totally fine if you have the resources to fully support your body. However, there is one thing you must absolutely do as a Vegan or vegetarian (unless you a vegetarian that eats a ton of cheese), YOU MUST TAKE A B12 SUPPLEMENT. B12 only occurs in animal foods and in small amounts of algae. B12 is incredibly important at maintaining the myelin sheath that protects neurons. Let's just say the sheath that keeps your sword sharp. Well except for once your sheath if your pretty much screwed forever. Your nerves will being to fail you in ways you couldn't imagine. If you know someone who follows this type of diet, please ask them if they knew this. You might be saving them. #vitaminb12 #vegans.
