Cameron Macias
CEO, Private Chef, & Head Nutritionist

My story starts in 2009 when I was working in a local vitamin and organic foods store. At the time I was going through some serious digestive and skin issues, and after a few emergency room/hospital visits, it was time for me to change. Luckily for me, I was surrounded by resources and I started to learn that my digestive and skin problems were nutritionally linked. I decided to use nature to heal myself, and soon after I felt like a completely new person. I took to good nutrition, supplements, and knowledge to heal my body from the inside out. It was at that moment I decided to help others with their nutrition because I knew that there were others that felt similar to me when I was feeling terrible. After I obtained my Bachelors degree in Nutrition & Food from California State University, Sacramento, I began working immediately in a medical fitness facility that opened my world to different demographics. I gained experience working with a variety of individuals with a wide range of needs. Today, I am glad to say that my experience has allowed me to become a successful Nutritionist and business owner that has helped many people.

From a young age, I learned from firsthand experience the healing effects that a balanced diet can have on our wellbeing. After years of chronic debilitating migraines, I made diet alterations that completely eradicated my previous health problems. I saw firsthand how a healthy balanced diet can have such a life-changing effect, and I was intrigued to know more. This passion and adoration for holistic wellness propelled me through my educational pursuits as I earned a Bachelors degree in Nutrition Science at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. There I broadened my educational horizons to include individuals from all stages of life with varying chronic illnesses. I was trained in Clinical Nutrition and became well versed in helping others manage chronic disease. Since then, I have gained experience working in acute medical settings as a Medical Scribe in the ER. I have seen the negative effects of an unhealthy diet in catastrophic situations. However, my experience as a Nutritionist is extremely rewarding as I am able to help individuals prevent maintain a healthy diet to help decrease risk for more serious health consequences.
