MEAL PLANNING
Are you interested in a more structured approach to reach your health goals? Meal plans are a great option for individuals who need a more detailed plan. At Elevated Nutrition LLC, we recognize that many meal plans in the current market leave clients feeling deprived of their favorite foods and are not truly tailored to each person's individual needs. To combat this issue, our nutritionists are trained to become familiar with the individual needs of all clients through a series of questions that are necessary in order to create a meal plan that is both enjoyed by the consumer and enables them to reach their goals.
All meal plans take into account:
1. The client's health goal (i.e. losing weight, gaining muscle, optimizing health, managing chronic disease)
2. Food allergies and food intolerances
3. Food preferences and aversions
4. Physical activity level
5. Customized macronutrient ranges and calorie recommendations
6. Preferred diets (i.e. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, pescatarian)
7. Chronic medical conditions (i.e. diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, hypertension)
8. Medication regimen and possible medication/food interactions
9. Age
10. Anthropometrics
Each meal plan created by our nutritionists contains a range of easy-to-follow, healthy, and tasteful recipes that empowers our clients to meet their health goals. We love to incorporate our client's favorite meals with a healthy twist.
All meal plans are created through our nutrition software partner, Nutrium. Clients are given access to the Nutrium app to view their meal plan and track their food intake. Our clients find this application very useful in meeting their health goals.
